You should know that registration and attending the event will be a little different this year. Here’s what you need to know:
How do I attend GEWKC 2020?

What’s the difference between Prime-Time Events and Community Events?
This year, GEWKC is divided into two kinds of events: virtual Prime-Time Events as well as in-person and virtual Community Events.
GEWKC Prime-Time Events are free and open to anyone, anywhere. These events cover six tracks, which cover topics that entrepreneurs told us they need help with, and will take place via an interactive platform (this ain’t your corporate Zoom call), from Nov. 17-19 during these hours:
-
Tues. Nov. 17, 1 – 5 p.m.
-
Wed. Nov. 18, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
-
Thurs. Nov. 19, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
You’ll need an invitation to access the virtual platform. How do you get that? Just register and add at least one Prime-Time Event to your custom agenda before Nov. 17 to get your all-access pass to GEWKC Prime-Time.
Make sure to also build your profile on the virtual PheedLoop platform, as that reserves your seat to GEWKC Prime-Time. If you do not complete your profile on Pheedloop, your seat might be released. There are a limited number of seats on the GEWKC virtual platform on PheedLoop.
GEWKC Community Events are also free and will take place virtually within six tracks, Nov. 16-20, but not during Prime-Time Event hours. These events are hosted by business and community leaders across the region and are intended to provide more intimate networking and “after-hours” programming that cover a wider range of topics.
You’ll need to add any events you want to attend to your GEWKC Agenda to access any links to the virtual live stream and to make sure a spot is reserved for you at any onsite meetings.
