This module will dive into the documents associated with a capital raise, specifically deal and term sheets. We’ll discuss the key tenets, when to use an attorney, who creates the documents and how to negotiate best.

HOW TO WORK YOUR RAISE (with Abstraction Capital)

This module will discuss how to manage your time best when raising money, the best practices for investor communications and will share key data points of successful raises.
