Wright County has plenty of room for business to grow and prosper. This is evident in the resources that the cities and local development organizations have made available. The Wright County Industrial Development Authority encompasses Mountain Grove, Mansfield, Norwood, Hartville and Grovesprings. There are industrial parks in all five communities, ranging from nine acres to 65 acres. For businesses needing a structure, Wright County can meet those needs as well. There are available commercial and industrial buildings ranging from 17,500 Sqr. ft. to more than 85,000 Sqr. ft. The Wright County Industrial Development Authority has the ability to provide direct, low rate, subordinated loans for “job creation” projects with Wright County, Missouri through its Revolving Loan Fund (RLF). The Revolving Loan Fund’s goal is to create permanent full-time employment opportunities, diversify the economy, raise per capita income, redevelop blighted or underutilized properties, and advance workforce training and educational opportunities within Wright County. RLF Highlights: - Financing available for fixed assets, site preparation, equipment, working capital, training expenses - Funding up to $100,000 - $10,000 per job requirement - Terms up to 20 years - Interest Rates fixed to prime - Subordinated lien positioning - Semi-annual report on job requirement
