We help create opportunities for prosperity by leveraging federal, state and private resources to create investment in St. Clair County to ensure we all have a seat at the table.

St. Clair County Economic Development is provided by a partnership between Kaysinger Basin Regional Planning Commission, the County of St. Clair, and the municipalities of Appleton City, Lowry City, and Osceola. Kaysinger Basin RPC is a quasi-governmental agency serving as the liaison between local government and State and Federal Agencies. Our organization serves the 7 counties of: Bates, Benton, Cedar, Henry, Hickory, St. Clair and Vernon, as well as the communities within those counties. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for the residents of our region by connecting communities to opportunities. The professional staff offers technical assistance and services such as: grant writing and administration, transportation planning, economic development planning, environmental assessments, and many other services to member counties and cities.
