Through user-friendly materials and knowledgeable instructors, participants cover key strategies regarding the demands of entrepreneurship and identify skills needed to build sustainable businesses.

  • Strengths-Based Coaching® is a practical and systematic approach to support change and the way individuals support others to achieve and sustain quality improvements in care and education. It is designed to build on the strengths, knowledge and skills of technical assistance professionals and leaders who work with early childhood, school-age, and youth programs.
  • Professional Development for After School/Youth Workers Training supports leaders in orienting and training youth workers in best practices for out-of-school time.  This series of self-paced modules allows individuals to prepare for the Youth Development Credential as they gain valuable skills to provide a quality program.
