United 4 Children empowers caregivers to nurture whole-child development through early childhood and afterschool programs
Child Day Care Association (CDCA) offers technical support to child care providers through on-site technical assistance and group training opportunities. The organization also assists parents in their search for quality child care through a free parent call-in line that refers parents to legally-operating child care programs that meet their needs. CDCA offers the Child and Adult Care Food Program to licensed and registered family child care homes in Missouri. Technical support is offered to child care providers in the areas of: – market research, including supply demand data – marketing – business technical assistance – employee development – hiring, retention and education of employees – leadership and professional development – mentoring CDCA is a member of the Missouri Child Care Resource and Referral Network (MOCCRN) and collaborates with community agencies to promote wise investment in early childhood education and helps coordinate local resources available to children and families. CDCA serves clients in St. Louis City and County as well as St. Charles and Warren Counties.
