The Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce is a resource for start-up and existing businesses of all sizes. Our mission is to promote economic vitality and strength in the Jefferson City area and be a leading public policy advocate for business people; provide valuable services to our members; and fully participate and partner in activities that improve the economic and quality of life.
The small business staff offers a variety of direct consulting services, as well as education and training programs for small business owners. Specific programs include the Small Business Academy, the Small Business Plan Competition and Small Business Seminars. The chamber also sponsors a local chapter of SCORE. Volunteers are available to offer expertise in the areas of startup, marketing, finance, human resources and manufacturing, to name a few.
