Green Hills Regional Planning Commission
About
The Green Hills Regional Planning Commission is one of 19 organizations operating as a sub-state planning and development agency serving Missouri. The commission is organized as a voluntary association of local governments and retains a staff of professionals who work on projects intended to foster improved quality of life throughout the 11-county “Green Hills” region. Services include revolving loan funds, business planning, referrals and business counseling.
The Green Hills Regional Planning Commission’s development conduit, Green Hills Rural Development Inc., is responsible for the administration of three revolving loan pools. All three loan pools are designed to assist with gap financing necessary for new business startups or existing business expansions.
-
The Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) was seeded by a grant from the Economic Development Administration

The distributions of the loan funds are governed by a board of directors who decides collectively how the funds are to be loaned out and to whom.
