Nodaway County Economic Development(NCED) is a local EDO providing services to the businesses and communities of Nodaway County.  NCED provides relocation and expansion assistance to businesses outside Nodaway County and expansion assistance to those businesses within the county. 

In addition, NCED works with start up businesses and connects them with resources and service providers to help make success possible.
