The purpose of Mo-Kan Development Inc. is to promote and assist the growth and development of small businesses in Missouri and Kansas through the selection of recipients for loans guaranteed by the Small Business Administration and various in-house, revolving loan funds. Eligible businesses are for-profit with tangible net worth less than $15 million and a net income after taxes less than $5 million. Loans are available to businesses in all stages of life, including start-up, purchases, and expansions. Mo-Kan loan funds are primarily used for GAP financing and partners with a conventional lender of your choice. Mo-Kan loans provide FIXED RATE financing for the life of the loan.
