BioGenerator, the investment arm of BioSTL creates and grows innovative companies through its two complementary approaches — investing through BioGenerator Ventures and comprehensive startup support through BioGenerator Labs.
BioGenerator Ventures invests capital into promising early-stage companies with opportunities for increasing amounts of investment capital into companies that achieve technical and business milestones. We invest in therapeutics, diagnostics, agtech and health care.
BioGenerator Ventures is the first source of capital in almost all portfolio companies.
Companies that perform very well across multiple investments from BioGenerator Ventures are selected for investment from follow-on funds managed by BioGenerator.
BioGenerator Labs accelerates the growth of innovative companies through tools and resources designed specifically for the needs of life science innovators. These include coaching from executives in residence and BioGenerator Ventures staff, a grant winning system focused on non-dilutive federal funding, shared capital equipment, and innovative wet labs.
