Missouri Center for Employee Ownership is an educational nonprofit that increase awareness of the benefits of employee ownership for succession planning, entrepreneurship, and economic development.

MOCEO provides educational consultations and workshops on the benefits of worker cooperatives, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), and related topics at no cost. MOCEO is also a source of unbiased for referrals to service providers in the employee ownership industry.

Employee ownership helps keeps businesses and jobs in communities, so the organization partners with economic development councils, chambers of commerce, government and other community stakeholders to develop local and regional strategies for employee ownership.
