Missouri Job Center – St. Charles County

The Missouri Job Center in St. Charles County, part of the Division of Workforce Development, helps businesses recruit and retain a stable, skilled workforce as well as helping individuals find meaningful, long term employment.

Missouri’s Workforce System is comprised of the Division of Workforce Development, state and local workforce boards, and numerous partner agencies who promote business recruitment, expansion, and retention.

Need to fill positions with qualified workers? We’re here to help you connect with skilled job seekers. Job-matching services, hiring and recruiting events, customized training assistance, and other business services are all offered at no cost to you. 

SKILLS TRAINING:

Workshops are offered by the Job Center. There may also be funding for additional assistance with online, classroom, on the job training, or apprenticeships.

Businesses may be eligible for a grant through the Skill Up program to help purchase equipment, tools, etc. that are needed in order to work/run your businesses. Contact your local job center to get more information about how to access funding available through WIOA (workforce innovation opportunity act) and Skill Up program for use towards startup or operational business costs (pg. 4).
