Investment criteria: 

Lower-Middle Market

Holleway acquires niche, profitable companies with $10 million to $100 million of annual revenue and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of $1.5 million to $10 million often from business owners in need of succession.

Manufacturing, Distribution and Service Companies

Holleway acquires manufacturers and distributors of industrial and commercial products. We will selectively acquire service businesses.

Strong Management Teams

We focus on partnering with management teams who have an interest in investing in and growing the businesses they are running.

Greater Midwest and South

We look for companies in the Midwest, High Plains, Rocky Mountains and Southern states. We define this as the Greater Midwest and South.
