We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to pursue a career in tech. Our course curriculum, resources and job prep programs are all developed to get you the skills employers are looking for-all for free.

1) Get Skills: Sign up for one of LaunchCode’s free, world-class training programs or discover other top-rated educational resources tailored to meet your learning goals. 

2) Get Verified: Apply online for a LaunchCode apprenticeship and our mentors will help you grow your skills while providing feedback on your progress.

3) Get Placed: LaunchCode matches you with one of our 500 employer partners for a paid apprenticeship. More than 4 out of 5 apprentices are converted to full-time hires. 

CoderGirl is LaunchCode’s education program designed to engage and educate women in the technology community in St. Louis. Originally created as a meetup by women to life up other women in tech, over time, CoderGirl has grown into a full-fledged education job-prep program, but our mission remains the same. We welcome everyone who identifies as female into our supportive learning community.
