Grind + Growth is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit economic development organization dedicated to creating small business ownership opportunities for all minorities, to contribute to the growth and success of small businesses and the development of the marketplace in the communities we serve.

About

Grind + Growth is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that empowers, educates and inspires people in underserved communities throughout the St. Louis and Illinois region, to become financially empowered through financial literacy and business ownership.

Our mission is to minimize income inequality, provide life changing programs, and increase financial awareness and financial literacy by delivering vital services focused on business education, financial literacy and leadership. We are now offering a coworking and collaborative space that will help us extend our reach in the community and provide vital services to aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners. This coworking and collaborative space will also be the headquarters of Grind + Growth.

Our services include three programs:

  • The New Venture Business Development program, that teaches aspiring entrepreneurs how to start, run and successfully manage a new venture.
  • Operation CEO teaches children and youth ages 8-18 the power of entrepreneurship
  • Business Trainings and Resources that we provide free to the community.

Our passion is creating successful business owners and a financially empowered community.

Grind + Growth is the first Black-owned coworking space in the Tower Grove Heights neighborhood of St. Louis and the second Black-owned coworking space in the city. Our coworking space is a 2,800 sq. ft. incubator space that caters to underserved entrepreneurs and business owners. Our mission is to give these business owners and entrepreneurs more of a level playing field with easier access to strong professional networks, capital and business education. This is a creative space for entrepreneurs to be able to execute their visions comfortably and to help them reach their full potential. This space will create an innovative environment for entrepreneurs to support each other, have a physical place to launch their ideas and to find community.
