The St. Joseph Public Library has four branches in St. Joseph, Downtown, East Hills, Carnegie and Washington Park.

The library offers computer access, wireless computer access and reference assistance to entrepreneurs and small business owners.  We have a variety of online resources that are available in the library and remotely.  Those resources include A-Z Databases, a Reference, Research, Marketing, Mailing Lists/Sales Leads, and Job-Search Database.  A-Z is ideal for sales leads, mailing lists, market research, employment opportunities, background searches, finding friends, relatives and a whole lot of other possibilities.  Another helpful online resource for small businesses is Legal Forms, which provides legal forms that are valid in Missouri.
