Our mission is to create a Collaborative Working Environment that fosters personal and business development. Through a model of facilitated cooperation – sharing networks, ideas, and resources – we aim to take the struggle out of startups. We believe that investing in the St. Louis community to create economic opportunity and promote retention can be both profitable and fun. Our building, 4818 Washington (at the corner of Euclid and Washington), is a 13,500 square foot business and lifestyle ecosystem that houses dedicated desks, over 25 private offices and studios, three conference rooms and open areas for events. Our amenities include 24/7 access, cafe, private parking, two kitchens, laundry, a full gym, changing rooms, showers, private video-chat booths, a large rooftop wood deck and more.
