Intercounty Electric Cooperative Association

Business owners may be eligible for a loan through the Intercounty Electric Cooperative Association (IECA) Revolving Loan Fund (RLF). Eligible projects for loans can include any community or economic development project that benefits the local communities, such as new or expanding private business, non-profits groups, and city or county governments.

International Institute of St. Louis - Small Business

Provides a wide variety of services to linguistically and culturally disadvantaged business owners; including business loans for immigrants and refugees, a Credit builder Loan, among other services.

Johnson County Economic Development Corporation (JCEDC)

Johnson County Economic Development Corporation (JCEDC) provides confidential one-on-one business assistance, microloan funds, financing options and incentives, for new and existing businesses - small to large - for all Johnson County, Missouri.

Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation

The Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation operates two small business development centers. The Joseph Newman Innovation Center and the Advanced Training and Technology Center offer co-working space and dedicated office space and business resources for regional start-ups.

Northeast Missouri Electric Power Cooperative

Northeast Power (NEP), on behalf of its member electric cooperatives, has established a Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) through the United States Department of Agriculture’s Rural Economic Development Grant program.
