Green Hills Regional Planning Commission

The Green Hills Regional Planning Commission (GHRPC) is a regional organization providing economic development services in an 11-county area in North Central Missouri. GHRPC operates three revolving loan pools to assist start-ups and existing businesses.

Hispanic Economic Development Corporation, Kansas City

The Hispanic Economic Development Corporation (HEDC) is dedicated to improving the lives of Latinos within the greater Kansas City. HEDC achieves this through business development and economic and community wealth creation initiatives.

Northeast Power (NEP), on behalf of its member electric cooperatives, has established a Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) through the United States Department of Agriculture’s Rural Economic Development Grant program.
