Come learn about the different types of legal business structures and what may be best for getting your company off the ground! Together, we’ll cover selecting the best business type for you, general principles of liability, basic tax considerations, and fictitious names (DBAs). We’ll also do a quick walkthrough of the Secretary of State’s website, where most filings for getting your business started are submitted.
