A key point we’ll discuss is that branding is many things. It is not just about how the company seems on the outside, i.e. how people look at the company logo or products. A brand is very much about the values and attitudes of the company as well. A believable brand is one that fits the values of the company. Exercises will focus on building your Brand Description, discovering Brand Role Models, considering Labels you want to assign to your brand.
