About
Funders believe diversity, equity and inclusion are necessary for social change. To solve social problems we must have collaboration, engagement, community trust, many ideas and many voices. As you carry out your work, how do you hold true to your values? What does an inclusive organization look like? How do you hold diversity, equity and inclusion conversations and not alienate? A panel of BIPOC Nonprofit leaders will discuss what it means to come together with others to address social issues while remaining focused on who you are and doing business to further your mission with your values clearly identified and practiced.
