Nonprofit organizations in the past months have seen a shift in constituent behaviors and engagement models. Our experiences and services have been heavily impacted due to the physical, psychological, and economic restrictions and limitations posed by the pandemic. Most nonprofits, especially small and medium-sized, are forced to reimagine how we serve our mission and communities. As our communities return to work, nonprofits will need to reconsider how we come back and operate in a new and rapidly evolving landscape. This training will dive into the core leadership challenges as we determine the future.
 
There will be four main areas of learning during this workshop including:
• Challenges of leading during a pandemic;
 
• Volunteer recruiting, retaining, and rewarding;
 
• Creating harmonious dynamic among board, committees, and staff; and
 
• Fundraising and development.
