About
Building organizations, programs and services, workforces, and community partnerships on a platform of our shared, evolutionarily-driven drive for wellbeing has the potential to transform lives and communities and enable us to be more effective and adaptive leaders. This month’s Nonprofit Navigation session will introduce a framework that can guide leaders through these turbulent times as we take a systemic wellbeing orientation that builds on the lessons we are learning from the pandemic - and reset our default to sustaining transformation beyond the pandemic. During this session, Midwest Center senior fellow, Phyllis Becker, will explain this orientation to next-generation leadership and offer examples of how nonprofit leaders can use this approach to energize and sustain the people of their organizations. Further, participants will be invited to share their own experiences with adopting a wellbeing orientation and discuss what can be gained by taking this approach to effectively leading sustainable organizations.
