Blake Armstrong is a member of Husch Blackwell’s dynamic Labor & Employment team and assists a wide range of employers as they navigate changing regulations. Blake provides his counsel, research, and analysis on matters such as:

  • Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)

Blake understands that that employers want to continue business uninterrupted so he provides outlook to employers from multiple legal angles so they know how immediate decisions can impact a workforce or business into the future. 

After more than 30 years of practice in Labor and management relations, 

Terry Potter can bring invaluable insight to clients from his former position as an attorney with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). 

He can provide wisdom to clients that result in solutions that are legally sound but also advance business goals. Terry has a broad spectrum of industry knowledge which enables him to provide solutions to employment contracts, regulatory issues, worker safety and wage and hour disputes. 

He also is adept at union avoidance techniques and represents employers in collective bargaining, arbitration, and complaints in front of the NLRB.
