Chad Carpenter
Senior user experience professional by day, serial entrepreneur on the side. Over 18 years experience of understanding user needs and turning insights into solutions for clients has helped Chad harness customer discovery process and practices to form a motion picture company, a support program for families dealing with cancer, and recently a digital reference to help patients and medical professionals understand the benefits of medical cannabis.

Chavelle Sangokoya
Chavelle is an operational excellence professional with experience leading teams of all sizes, from startups to corporations, through strategic planning and process improvement initiatives to accomplish their business goals. Chavelle is also the co-founder of BRAND of St. Louis, a consulting firm that specializes in entrepreneur support strategies that are data-driven and equitable. Through her work with BRAND, Chavelle has implemented several local initiatives that engage and empower professionals and entrepreneurs that are underprivileged and often underestimated. Chavelle received her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, with minors in Mechanical Engineering and Public Health.
