On the 1st week of each month, Husch Blackwell Cortex shares the top legal considerations you should take when launching a company.

Jordan Elliott will discuss high level issues that entrepreneurs face when deciding to move forward with their startups, including formation challenges, organizational governance, and initial intellectual property considerations.
