Join Childcare Consultant and Small Business Coach, Judy Bumpus, for Week Three of this three-week series exploring the business side of childcare.

Week Three Topics: Not sure if you are making a profit in your childcare? It is never too late to build a business plan to help you set goals and track profitability! In this session, Judy will walk you through her childcare business plan template designed to help you strategize, organize, and prove to investors you can succeed.

Course Overview: Judy will walk you through the business tools for success, including a parent handbook, policies to protect your profits, and building a business plan. Using Judy’s templates and expertise, you will have the opportunity to create a handbook tailored to your business goals. In addition to the virtual events, all participants can schedule one-on-one sessions with Judy to help complete templates.
