In this class, we'll clarify the use of and reasons for different terminology around forecasts. We’ll also discuss two approaches to take in building a forecast. We'll build parts of an already in process forecast so you can see how that process works from both approaches introduced.
Then we’ll take that forecast and ask WHAT IF to develop different scenarios of the direction your business could go.
A forecast isn't any good if you don't take action on it. We'll discuss how to take action on the forecast to bring the story to life. Then talk about how this process is intertwined with your current bookkeeper or accountant relationships and the journey of working with someone like Katie.
