Lean Enterprise Workshop for Service Industries

Service industries include healthcare, banking, distributors, retail stores,local city and county governments, transportation, and many more. Steve Webster is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Steve is a dynamic facilitator and he uses real life examples to show how the tools can be used in your organization. In this workshop, you will learn how to use the lean enterprise tools. You will also learn:

Service industries make up more than 80% of the jobs in this country, yet they get little access to the process efficiency tools of lean enterprise.
