Gardner-Roe & Irwin at GUILDit Art/Biz Event

Thursday, January 24 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm • Organized By GUILDit
4420 Warwick Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64111

Rachelle Gardner-Roe’s distinctive lace works have been exhibited nationally, been selected for public projects, and requested for private commissions. Her lace chandelier was featured in Bartle Hall during the ArtsKC Annual Luncheon, plus Rachelle is represented by the Weinberger Fine Art and The Bunker Center. In addition, she has received multiple grants, awards, and residencies. Rachelle is looking to increase public commissions, expand national gallery representation and regional solo exhibitions, as well as relocate to a larger studio space. Come brainstorm and be inspired!
After working for 20 years in various areas of art and design Nina Irwin had her first gallery show of paintings in 2010. Since then, her work has been selected by well-known jurors with New York Magazine, the Nelson-Atkins, and New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art for solo exhibitions and group shows. As well, she is completing her Master's Degree in Art History in which she did thesis research in London. In addition, to selling paintings, sculptures, and doing commissions she has developed art and art history classes at the Nelson Atkins for 10 years.
