Growing and looking to bring quality business concepts to its residents. In partnership with the Small Business Development Center & FranNet, offering a workshop on franchising. Most people think of French fries and sub sandwiches when they hear the word franchise. However, franchising is MUCH more than that!

Buying a franchise may be a more appealing way to get into business rather than starting from scratch. A franchise purchase includes training, systems and support from the franchisor and history of information from other franchises in the system. You'll hear Chris Coleman, a franchise owner himself, and a franchise consultant who helps people find business that are a great fit. In this workshop we will cover: Prime area to start your new business Evaluating Franchising vs. starting from scratch or purchasing an existing business Pros and cons of purchasing a franchise Common myths & mistakes people make when researching franchises How to evaluate franchise opportunities and determine the best choice for you Funding options Much more!
