Looking for information on what is needed to improve your chances of securing financial assistance?
The U.S.Small Business Administration Kansas City District Office will host a “Meet the Lenders” matchmaking event. Lenders will be available to meet with startups and existing small businesses. This event gives entrepreneurs an opportunity to connect with several financial institutions in one location and to find the right lender for their financial needs.
You will have the opportunity to pitch your financial needs to multiple lenders in one-on-one sessions. Valuable information on lending requirements will be available. In addition, business owners will be able to talk with SBA and the local SBA Resource Partner:

Please bring with you the following:
An idea of your credit score
A business plan – (Don’t feel that your business plan has to be complete and all questions answered prior to this event. The purpose is to familiarize you with several prospective lenders and see how your business proposal fits their lending interests. If there is potential, subsequent meetings can be set up with the individual lenders for future dates.)
