What are the media’s, the public, and your customer’s attitudes toward your business? Remember, their “Perception” of your company is “Reality” to them. All types of communication your company has with the media, the public, and your customers is a reflection of your company and its “image”.
This session will focus on tips to align your customer’s perception with your business’ reality.
Participants will learn the basics of media and public relations. Participants will gain a better understanding of the various PR tools available to small businesses and will also learn the importance of developing a media policy. Participants will also learn about damage control and the components of a press release.
