Family Medical Leave Act and Americans wtih Disabilities Act Compliance Seminar

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) continue to pose challenges in the workplace. Whether it's the employee on intermittent leave due to a chronic condition or the employee who has been off work for four months and keeps sayings he will be returning soon, HR professionals, in-house counsel, and business leaders must constantly balance business needs and the requirements of the ADA and FMLA. Without fundamental knowledge of the law and what it requires, ADA and FMLA compliance is difficult to obtain.
