Missouri Entrepreneurs: Share Your Story with Policymakers [Survey]

by Lauren Caldwell | Dec 20, 2018

MO Innovation Policy Network

Are you talking to your policymakers about the importance and impact of entrepreneurship to your local community? You definitely should be, but getting that conversation started—and being equipped with the right talking points—is a challenge when you’re trying to run and grow a business.

MOSourceLink has recently partnered with several entrepreneur networks and resource centers around Missouri to help gauge the interest in establishing a coalition designed around policy needs for entrepreneurs. The goal? Close the dialogue gap between entrepreneurs and policymakers as it relates to company formation and entrepreneurship in Missouri.

And this is where you come in:

Please take a few minutes to complete this short survey and share your experience as an entrepreneur.

We know that supporting our state’s entrepreneurs is critical for Missouri’s economy, and we need our policymakers to know it, too. That’s where the Missouri Innovation Policy Network comes in. As a Jefferson City–based grassroots organization, they focus on public engagement in policy legislation and provide statewide advocacy data in order to educate and/or solicit an advocacy action from our state legislature. By sharing your startup story, you are helping close the gap between our business owners and state leaders.
