Missouri Career Centers are here to help! The on-the-job training program is designed specifically to help businesses who qualify save hiring and training costs for their new hires.

The OJT Program will reimburse 50% of worker wages for up to 1040 hours of on-the-job training (for workers hired through the program). You will also receive ongoing guidance and support from program staff.
The program also promises minimal paperwork involved in participation, so no pencil-pushing!
Can you participate?
Here’s the criteria for OJT participation:
- Position must be permanent AND full-time (designated as 32+ hrs/week)
- Your business must participate in E-Verify (Learn more at http://www.uscis.gov/e-verify)
