Enterprise Development Corporation is a not for profit organization that was formed in 1983, to administer the Small Business Administration 504 loan program in Central Missouri.
SBA 504 Loan Program
The SBA 504 loan program provides long term, fixed rate financing for the purchase real estate and capital assets. Enterprise Development currently has a $20MM portfolio and has helped create nearly 3500 jobs in the last 20 years.
SBA Microloan Program
Enterprise also administers Small Business Administration's Microloan Program for the counties of Boone, Callaway and Cooper. The Microloan Program provides short term, fixed rate financing, up to $25,000, for small businesses.
