Incubator clients are divided into two categories:
East Wing
- Designed for “fledgling” entrepreneurs
- Rent--$200.00 per month including utilities
- Fully furnished offices and suites
- Fax, phones, computers, copiers, printers, break room, computer, library, teleconferencing, meeting rooms
West Wing
- Designed for established entrepreneurs in growth stage
- Rent is on a per square foot basis
- Suites available
- Fully furnished, fax, break room, teleconferencing, meeting rooms.
- ***West Wing tenants are responsible for their own PC’s and Phones
Entrepreneur Club
- 25.00 per month
- Allows businesses not located in KCMO to use conference rooms, library, and incubator facilities.
Plan Room - request for proposals online “RFP”, contains map info and architecture drawings, allows contractors to get drawings to make offers for contractors and allows them to print the drawings, which is necessary to get bids.
