Missouri's Department of Economic Development launched a new website designed to help businesses in the automotive industry in the state. The year auto manufacturers in Missouri created 3,500 jobs.
Two years ago, Gov. Jay Nixon introduced the Automotive Jobs Task Force to encourage auto investments. Recently Ford has announced plans to invest in the Claycomo facility and General Motors is investing in its Wentzville plant.
The new website builds on these investments by offering information on resources in financing, incentives, counseling and environmental compliance.
